The Mind, The Body, The Movement

"When I walked the path of knowledge, I was a novice"

"I don't know where this comes from and frankly I don't care anymore. I used to care. Who did this and who did that and wow at their greatness, take it in, absorb information and have the decency to either attribute it by memory or look it up. Well, I GOT TIRED. It's too much and too many people became famous on the same words so, Yeah, we kind of forgot about the very ancient who spoke the kind of phrases before. At times though it helps to just dive into the knowledge or, if you prefer, the discovery of old times. It offers an interesting soothing and comfort to your brain and one doesn't have to be sick or ill to engage in this, one simply needs to find time and take in the fresh breath of air they need and just leave behind everything that is too much to deal with. Maybe it is too much to deal with your own problem and somebody else's. Maybe it becomes that hard so, you'll go out for a walk, get some burning of the "holy shit" and "Mother of God!" "What the hell?" thing and let the cool fresh air work like a pain killer, like a medicine soothing your brain, calming the spirits inside and killing disease. Part of it functions like that, by deep breaths of air taken out there in the cold where you don't have to pretend that burning yourself alive and burning inside is such a miracle. It can be as long as your fired make you function well. But the right dosage is always needed.

There is also exercise advised from experts. For each body and person a type of exercise possible. Just like in the case of those who are healthy and doing so well! ... apparently. Yoga is the most common and easy practice of all, depending on the levels of practice, of course. The idea is that everybody can try it. There is something for everybody in the practice of yoga and soft exercise to maintain balance. It requires meditation and using the power of your own mind to take control over your body and make it work for you and your interest. You want to live, you wish to kill, or simply put an end to all suffering: dive into your own self. Look inside and use those fires to your good will and purpose.

They say that being dreadfully grateful helps. If it does, then be grateful. At times expressing your anger or sorrow helps. Laying down your feelings, expressing them proved a solution the experts aplly today in various dedicated help centers specialised not only on cancer patients needs. Sometimes it is not us, the patients who suffer that bad but others who know they will lose their reason to be. Your mind drop of that burden can be a blessing for you and also can help other people. Like this, what you went through will mean something. The meaning of your life's experience and the reason why you survived, accomplished. And dealing with death is one of the trainings life offers. It's what happens: we get born, we don't know why but it's pleasant to enjoy life, then one day we start asking ourselves questions on "why are we here", "why do we exist", "What is the purpose of our existence" and so on and so forth until we get to make a purpose for ourselves in life, we accomplish something and die... or, in fantasy terms, we leave this world for a better one. - Or start haunting places for the pleasure of being a traveller/guest or God knows what other reason ghost. Like a holy Ballon we rise and fly or walk there where we should wander.

Balloons! So Sylvia Plath."
