Nature has always had the ability to heal, liberate, and help us come to reasonable terms because part of us is that: nature. We are made of flesh and blood, cells that grouped around other grouped cells to form tissues and systems ruled by a brain. And all that happened with the help of an active conscience. What must we do to help our bodies heal must be to first activate that conscience inside us, becoming, like this, aware. “What is good for my body?” “Why is it good for me?” “How to use it to keep on helping?” These are questions to be asked before any step forward is taken.
Stop being too proud of being a victim and act against that!
It sounds like very hard words just as it is, a written sentence. Try to give them a voice and they’ll fall even harder but this is just the trick. Maybe they do have to fall hard so they start seeing what is true and what is false in it, realise that neither continuous self-blame nor self-pity and other prolonged self-treatments that “do the trick” actually work. You have to say it to yourself, even if it sounds like a lie and feels like one: “I am not a victim! Not anymore! From now on I am in charge, I’ll beat you, cancer!” And you will. You can even make it work for you, turn it into an ally, your friend. Cancer is a disease a clever mind can destroy. Learn to believe that it can be removed from your body and act accordingly. And, if by any chance your case is “better off dead” remember, your last day count. Nobody wants you to suffer great pain: go for alleviation and pain relief, and it’s all right. Putting yourself to a kind sleep after an ugly fight shouldn’t be a blame nor a shame. Natural cures can help as well as pharmaceutical chemicals or combined cures. Don’t be afraid to ask for the right painkiller or seek it. Take them as prescribed and let all bad things go away.
Stop being ruthless to your good cells and kill the bad ones
Being a murderer is sometimes the right thing to do. You are young. You have all your life ahead. You should enjoy it not let yourself be murdered. Or, you are not that young but you do want to see your beloved enjoy their given time on Earth and be able to enjoy all of it along. So, cancer kind of needs to die. Cleanse and treat yourself with respect and kindness. Offer yourself a good cup of tea that helps your healthy cells beat the rotten cells, eat a refined good cruel fresh veggies meal and enjoy it like the best one you could have ever had. If you cannot make it yourself find somebody to do that for you and let it be your hero. Try to leave milk and dairy of animal provenance during your treatment, perhaps even afterwards. There are very taste, refreshing and extraordinarily helpful products that can help you not only satisfied and fulfilled but also very well nourished.
‘You feel like laughing? Laugh! ‘You feel like crying? Cry!
It’s your right to feel the way you do about things and nobody should prohibit you feel the way you do. If there is something abnormal in this life is being forced to feel in a certain way. So, you don’t like some medicine, because it makes you sick. Let’s find a way to make it work without making you feel that sick all the time. Practice good healthy meetings with people who distract you from pain, people who make you laugh or tell you the story that makes you feel better, give you something to do that makes you feel good and proud about yourself, or simply you that comfortable loving hug you need. Listen to music, the kind you like and makes you feel better. Speak up for yourself and others, if you have the voice or the will to do so, or change. Create the perfect world you want or miss, the one you always dreamed of or the one you’re just starting to dream. Your feelings count and add the blessings you need so you can be healed.
Don’t feel afraid to ask for help! The right people will be there for you.
At times you might feel like you are alone in your darkest times and it might be so a very cruel reality! People may care about you, may feel for you even be there for you, but in your own fight with your problem, you’ll still have to face things alone. It’s an “Alone Together” trip. We are here to offer the support and help we can, you are there to help yourself and maybe others as well. Just think about it! How many people were helped by the very ones who needed help? The answer is all of them.
Mental health is important
Never forget this wisdom word: It all depends on your brain. Your mind is the real shaper of your world. That means that whatever you encounter and scares you can be beaten. Our Romanian fellow group members have this word of wisdom: “The fish starts rotting from its head down.” So you’d better keep that fish fresh and well-cooked for lunch, healthily nourishing your body that needs to strengthen up and go for the healthy good laugh.
